UPDATED! Thanks to our friends at Sanwa we now have pics! Click below for more info! Looks like the folks over at Sanwa Denshi are going to be revealing something at this weekends Japan Amusement Expo. In a recent tweet, the company is teasing a possible Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- related announcement at the event.
This of course isn’t the first time that Sanwa and Arc have worked together. Last year, Sanwa provided arc with some nifty OBSF-30 buttons with a special printed on design as well as a special clear balltop for the Arc System Works 25th Anniversary Arcade Stick. However, while that stick was mostly BlazBlue themed, this new announcement focuses on ASW’s new Guilty Gear game.
Seeing as JAEPO is an arcade trade show, this most likely will be special Guilty Gear Xrd themed parts that operators can use on the candy cabinets that they’ll use for the game. That said, that shouldn’t stop anyone from ordering these for their own home arcade stick.

Taking a note from their recent BlazBlue X Sanwa collaboration from TGS 2013, Sanwa once again teams up with ASW to produce some Guilty Gear Xrd themed buttons featuring character artwork. These are much more limited than the BlazBlue counterparts from TGS, with Sanwa quoted making about 1/3rd as much, inventory wise. Thanks to ArcadeShock for the updates as well!
